- What circumstances warrant a refund? Refunds will be issued only for event cancellations or postponed shows.
- If I lose my ticket what can I do?Please contact us directly at: support@lenusa.com and we can apply for a resend of your tickets.
- Can I make a change in my order?Yes, you can contact our support team in order to change your ticket. Only in cases you had a wrong purchase, or if you would like to change seats.
- Are there intermissions in all shows?Yes, there will be an intermission of 15 minutes in all shows. (Luna Mexicana, The Nutcracker and Flower)
- Is there a fee for parking / Can I buy parking in advance? There is not a parking fee. Anyways, each Theatre has some parking facilities surrounding them. You will be receiving more information about this topic a few days prior to the show.
- What are the ages for the senior category?Ages for Senior categories are 60+.
- Do infants (-2 years old) pay for tickets?All ages require a ticket to enter the shows.
- Can I bring my own food/drinks inside?No you are not allowed to.
- Will there be special assistants for disabled people?In case of being a disabled person you will have to bring your companion. There will be special seats in strategic areas (Orquestra front and rear) for these assistants and their companions. Please read “Accessible seating information” in the event description about the event for specific information.
- Can I bring my own wheelchair?Yes, you can bring your own wheelchair.
- Can I buy Group Tickets? To buy Group Tickets you must select a minimum of 10 tickets and a new ticket named "Group ticket" will appear. Select the new ticket and then you can add as many as you need.
- Can I bring my medication?You can bring your medication in bags with required medical items or equipment within the permitted bag size. *Permitted bags measuring 18’’ x 12’’ x 12’’ or smaller.
- Can I re-enter the show?Yes, reentry is permitted. It is important to keep your ticket stub or show the mobile ticket again at the theater door.
